How do I install Windows Server?
You can select Windows as your OS during checkout, or use the ISO Reinstall feature in the control panel to perform a custom installation.
Do I need to pay for additional IPs?
Each server comes with a standard free IP. Additional IPs can be requested for a supplemental fee based on your requirements.
What is pre-installed on my server?
Servers are provisioned with your selected base OS and essential management tools, allowing immediate access via SSH or RDP.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my resources?
You can scale your resources (RAM, CPU, Disk) at any time through the Service Management section in the Client Area.
I can't find my specific server information.
If information is missing from your dashboard, please contact Support to verify the status and technical details of your instance.
Can I modify my RAID configuration?
Yes. By default, servers use RAID 1. However, you can opt for RAID 0 for maximum performance.
To do this, please specify your requirement in the "Custom Installation" notes or select RAID 0 during the ordering process.
